Don't use fabric softener! 

it might feel tempting to use fabric softener to bring a fluffier and a softer feel to your activewear but in fact fabric softeners will damage sportswear containing elastane and nylon such as leggings and sports bras. Fabric softeners may as well leave small particles on fabrics which could potentially attract odor-causing bacteria.

Hang Dry your activewear

Tumble drying is very harsh on fabric it will cause rubbing, color fading and breakdown of clothes. Hang dry and Air dry are gentil on fabric and are more eco-friendly.
